Our Apples-to-Apples Low Price Guarantee

Fitness Serve will beat any competitor's current retail price (including shipping costs) for any of
the products that we offer. Upon confirmation* of the competitor's current retail price (excluding sale
items or closeouts), we will meet or beat their price at the time the order is placed with Fitness Serve.

This guarantee only applies to retailers based in the U.S.A. offering the exact same make, model and style
of product. We do not price match "internet only" businesses or mail-order catalogs who do not operate a retail store.

Be careful! Most "bargain prices" do not include shipping to your home. Many "internet-only" companies do not make
freight damage claims, they leave the problem solving up to you. Most "internet-only" companies don't even post their
street address on their web site. Would you buy from a company that doesn't want you to know where they are located?
Fitness Serve stands behind the products that we sell. We'll make the freight claim if a product arrives damaged and we
can arrange for in-home repairs or send a replacement at no cost to you. We've been in business since 1975, and we'll be
here if you need assistance in making an informed buying decision.

*Confirmation requires the company name, address and telephone number. Once the competitor's price is confirmed, we will offer
to sell the item for the same price or less. Internet-only businesses are excluded.

A Note About Drop Shipping

A note to our "parts" customers: Fitness Serve has crafted unparalleled relationships
with many of the worlds best known fitness equipment manufacturers. We have over 10,000
equipment parts in our facility. Rarely we may need to have a part drop-shipped and in a
small proportion of cases there is a fee for this service. Drop shipping is a time saving
practice that sometimes comes with a drop shipping charge (not by us, but to us). We cannot
foresee this in every case and may need to amend your purchase price via email or telephone
to inlcude this extra shipping charge. At this point you may void the sale. Or if you would
